The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling of C.I. Castings. Its plants, located at Panchghara, Durgapur Expressway (Near Dankuni), West Bengal, INDIA consists of Cupola Furnaces and related facilities including well-equipped Grindings, Barreling & Painting Shop.

The unit has since been enhanced its capacity to 6000MT per annum due to unprecedented response received by patronage by its customers for their total satisfaction in quality and timely execution. Not only in Cast Iron Manhole Cover, Frame Fan Body, Motor Body, Railway Carriage Fan castings, the unit start to produce Gear Body Castings, Cast Iron Flange Clamp, Cast Iron Aligning Rings, Different Instrument castings. The Unit is also engaged to produce Graded Cast Iron (i.e. FG-220,FG-260 etc.),Composition Castings.

General Information

The company had started its commercial production at Panchghara ( Durgapur Express Way) factory in April 2000 with an installed capacity of 2000 MT per Annum. This has been upgraded in phases to 3600 MT per Annum in 2002 and 4500 MT per Annum in 2005 after that now its installed capacity upgraded to 6000 MT per Annum.

We have for over the years endeavored to become a supplier of choice for its customers through appropriate niche product and service offerings. This initiative by the company includes, but is not limited to:

The Raw Materials, the Finished Goods, the Equipments and Methods of plant are subjected to some effective form of Quality Control. In the larger and more progressive foundries like us a quality control department is maintained which is just as essential as the Engineering, sales, or production department. Quality

Our products are known as quality products. We are an BSI registered and an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company. The raw materials & inputs are procured from quality producers with Test Certificates coupled with random testing by us in our in house laboratory which help us to continue to maintain the quality.

An ISO 9001:2000 company we have achieved unprecedented success under the kind guidance of Mr. Sisir Ghosh, a man with abundance of administrative skills and a promising individual.

At production floor all arrangements are available to check and ensure quality of sand at each stage by testing green sand and its compressing strength to avoid several defects. Sand making machines with use of several minerals are consistently monitored to get good surface finish.

Floor-in-charge checks all the patterns, it’s badging and heat numbers in daily basis to ensure trace-ability of any product to maintain the quality. All equipments are available to ensure good finish, fatling, grinding machining and arrangements for protective coating.

We deal in a wide range of products that includes manhole covers, flanges & alligning rings, industrial instrument castings and cast iron products. We are also engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of other products such as cast iron fan body, cast iron gear body, cast iron machinery parts, cast iron grade castings etc. Our products are extensively used in various applications such as for building materials, power plants, other plants etc. Our outstanding track record is in itself a reflection of our unflinching commitment towards the quality of the products. We have an innumerable list of satisfied clientele in all parts of Germany, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia and other countries.

The Indian heritage in the field of casting, including art casting, is indeed old and interesting. Religious scriptures like Vedas, Ramayana and Mahabharata mention about castings of silver, gold and iron, but the age is unknown. Earliest literary evidence of use of iron is mentioned in Rigveda as "Ayas". C.I.Castings manufactured by us meets exacting product and quality standards.

The purchaser or his representive shall have across at all reasonable times to those parts of our works engaged on his order, he shall be at liberty to inspect those works at any stage, to inspect at any stage, to witness the required tests and to reject any materials that does not comply with his standard at our factory. We also supply the Test Samples and necessary Test pieces as required for testing and supply the labour & appliances for making all tests at our premises in accordance with the required standard.

The Unit also produce many Instruments Castings such as Flange Clamps and Aligning Rings for Ash slurry line, Jute machinery parts like Gabbles, Bearer. The Instrument Castings are mainly in Grade casting and in Composition castings. In case of Grade Castings the Results are given below.

Mechanical Test Requirements:
